The pricing is based on the square footage of your home and the visit schedule.
Every visit to your home, we follow the Exterior/Interior checklist below. We are also able to perform any additional requests that you may wish to have done for your particular home.
Exterior
- Check for any newspapers, door hangings, trash, phone books, etc.
- Check the water meter and record the reading on the sign-in sheet.
- Check to make sure there are no visible irrigation leaks (we see this VERY often).
- Check around the perimeter for any signs of rodents, termites, bees, etc.
- Check around the perimeter for any signs of broken windows, trespass or vandalism.
- Check for any weather or water damage.
- Check that the pool &/or spa (if applicable) are clean, filled to appropriate levels, and that there are no leaks in the equipment.
- Check to make sure exterior plants look healthy and not dry or too wet.
- Check for any HOA violations.
- Check any other items requested by homeowner.
Interior
- Check for water leaks at roof or skylight.
- Check for water leaks/damage at hot water heater, toilets, sinks, etc.
- Check to make sure all doors and windows are shut and locked.
- Check to see that the A/C is cooling properly in the summer and the heater is functioning properly in the winter and that they are set for the appropriate temperatures.
- Check garage and vehicle(s) if left behind. Check battery maintainer, if applicable.
- Check water softener, if applicable, and refill with salt/potassium when necessary.
- Once a month, flush water through toilets, sinks, tub and shower(s) and run the garbage disposal.
- Collect any packages or mail and either forward or leave at the property.
- Check any other item requested by homeowner.
