We began our careers with homes when we would watch over our neighbor’s house.  He was from Illinois and would come to visit Tucson 2-3 times a year.  Otherwise, the home sat vacant.  Then, in 1999, we began learning more about properties when we started buying distressed homes to remodel and sell.  After 14 home makeovers, we decided to shift gears and we each received our real estate license in 2001.

 

Due to our experience, we have a vast understanding of homes

and how they work and who to call when something isn’t right.

We are familiar with neighborhoods, and have been establishing

relationships with contractors for years, maintaining a list of

professional referrals for any home circumstance.

 

Our dedicated work speaks for itself.  Virtually 100% of

our business is generated from happy referrals (see

Client Testimonials page).  Our goal is to take care of

our clients as if they are our family.  This business is

about knowledge and experience but it is also about

building and maintaining relationships.  We care very

deeply about the people with whom we work.

 

The key to our success is keeping the lines of communication open with our clients.  Staying in touch gives peace of mind to the homeowner while they are many miles away and is one of the most important parts of the process.  In addition, because we work as a team, if a question or a situation arises, one or both of us are there to assist you.
