"Because we live on the East coast, we rely on Sistine and Randy to keep our Tucson house in top running order.  And they do!  We have asked them to check on the Keurig to make sure it’s been unplugged. They have assembled a crib for our grandson to use when he came to visit.  They turn on the water heaters before we arrive.  They had a broken window fixed after it had been broken by a golf ball, and had the carpets cleaned.  They researched low volume toilets and found the compensatory deal being offered by the manufacturer.  They have even called the fire department to send someone to change the smoke detector batteries in a unit attached to a sixteen foot high ceiling.  Randy and Sistine know who to call in any emergency.  They are cheerful, knowledgeable, and just plain wonderful!"
